Position Summary:
The Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of experiential marketing campaigns and events within the hospitality and tourism industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset to conceptualize and implement immersive marketing experiences that engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive experiential marketing strategies aligned with the organization's overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experiential marketing initiatives with overall brand messaging and business goals.
- Create detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for successful campaign execution.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Campaign Execution:
- Manage end-to-end execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including concept creation, logistics planning, and on-site management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of experiential events.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, and signage, to support experiential campaigns.
- Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and staff coordination.
- Monitor campaign progress, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
3. Brand Experience:
- Create captivating brand experiences that resonate with target audiences, aligning with the organization's brand identity.
- Implement innovative strategies to generate buzz, foster brand loyalty, and drive customer engagement.
- Leverage digital platforms and emerging technologies to enhance experiential marketing initiatives.

4. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving campaign objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience (X years) in experiential marketing, event planning, or related roles within the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective marketing strategies.
